and for $0.20, why not?! there's this Cuban spot in Chelsea that serves two eggs, bacon, and coffee for only 20 cents, from 7-11am seven days a week! highly recommended that you tip though, of course. Casa Havana is located on 190 8th Ave (between 19th and 20th st).
